Dr. Rod Gore DDS Dr. Rod Gore, a native of the Pacific Northwest, grew up in the great state of Oregon. He graduated from Crook County High School in 1979 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Oregon in 1983. His passion for healthcare led him to pursue his dental education at the esteemed Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, where he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1987.Dental TrainingAfter completing his dental training, Dr. Gore relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he has practiced dentistry for over 38 years in Scottsdale. Notable AchievementsDr. Gore's professional achievements are notable. In 1995, he earned Accreditation status with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), where he continues to serve as an active Examiner. In 1998, he founded the Phoenix Esthetic Study Club (PESC), providing a platform for educating fellow dentists in the art and science of cosmetic dental procedures. He has also lectured extensively to local and national study clubs, focusing on enhancing laboratory communication to improve cosmetic restorative outcomes. Dr. Gore has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of the Pacific, participating as a clinical instructor with the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum (PAC-Live). He also held a position as a clinical instructor with the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). Beyond his professional endeavorsDr. Gore is a devoted husband to his wife, Trish. Together, they share a blended family of four children: Camille, Hawken, Alexis and Katie. In his leisure time, Dr. Gore enjoys a variety of active pursuits, including golf, mountain biking, water skiing, photography, and traveling. He has recently taken up sailing in warm tropical climates. A passionate automobile enthusiast, he also spends weekends around classic and exotic cars, indulging his love for fast and beautifully designed vehicles. |
